Did a 46.5 mile yesterday. Was planning on blogging about it then, but honestly was too tired after. Came home and had a nice 2 hour nap after. Feel good today but a tad sore. That is the longest ride I have done since the middle of October. I have a long way to go to Ride the Rockies.
Below is the way back, basically was an out and back. Whole trip time was 2:50:00. It was damn windy too, I think around 15 mph head wind on the way back.
Just did another short ride to the top of Old Stage and back. Got passed by a woman on the way up the hill. Fairly certain she was a professional 
Ok, just got back from another training ride. Did a tour of North Boulder, and this was the first time I used the iPhone application iMapMyRide, and I got to say, it did a damn good job tracing my route. I started out heading up Old Stage, then down Left Hand Canyon, and since I don’t get good cell reception in this area I thought for sure it wouldn’t be able to map the route. It did a damn good job though. This is a pretty easy ride after the initial ride up Old Stage.
